Chewit international Located in zhangjiagang city which is along The Yangtze Golden Channel the junction of River and Coast Economic Belt. Zhangjiagang international port and State highway endow us a convenient water and land transportation which links us to the outside world both home and aboard. Chewit International is one group company with two manufactures one is producing steel forgings for Marine, Power, Boiler, Ocean, Oil, Petrochemical, Mechanical and Hydraulic fields and the other is producing precision steel tubes for automotive industry and hydraulic system and also one semi-independent company specially for import and export business. We have a total area of 150000 square meters with the employees over 200 people. All the products well produced by our mills need to be double inspected by chewit professional quality controller and then we will offer our customer the vivid report for the tested items. Only those products which are inspected well can be allowed to delivery to our customers. By the means of strict inspection, we wined a lot of customer for long term business both home and abroad. Company Profile
Chewit international has two manufacture. One is for precision stee pipe --- CW tube. Another is manufacture steel forgings.
CW tube, one of the most professional precision tube supplier in China, has a history of more than 20 years.
Our product includes cold drawn precision seamless steel tube, cold drawn welded tube, welded stainless steel tube, tube assambly. Our tubes are used for automotive industry, hydraulic system, Mechanical fields, precision device and others.
Our company covers a toal area of 10000 square meters with the asset of more than 10 million. We have around 120 employees...Due to the advanced production line and full sets of inspection equipments, the tubes produced are promised to be in high quality.
We have ten cold drawn lines, two lines of 20 tons, three lines of 10 tons, five lines of 5 tons to promise the mass output. We use special cold drawing process to make sure the inner and outer surface in low roughness. And the precision drawing mold to garanttee the minimum size tolerance.
We have heat treatment furnace with and without oxygen environment for processing. The bright annealing furnace without oxygen to ensure the tube surface condition best without oxidization and shinning like mirror.
We have a strong and responsible inspection team. All the tubes have to pass eddy current non-destructive test, and ultrosonic non-destructive test as per customer request. We check the tube size and surface 100%. Chemical and mechanical tests are carried out for each batch of tube.
Our forging manufacture covers total area above 100000m2 with with a production capacity of 90000 tons for various kinds of forgings. Also we are eligible for a total of 11 authorized patents, including 3 invention patents.
